"AVOID THIS PLACE. My home insurance, with no changes to coverage, has gone up 26% in two years. I just discussed with Juan, and what they did was reduce all of my discounts that I was initially setup with. For example the Customer Loyalty discount LOL what I get for being a loyal customer are huge price increases, thanks James Pearson! Awful business.
